食用农产品中毒死蜱含量一直是消费者关心的问题,本数据主要用于监测鄞州区食用农产品中毒死蜱含量指标的情况,通过检测数据,可以判断食用农产品中毒死蜱含量是否符合食品安全生产标准,避免因毒死蜱残留量超标导致的食品安全问题,为监管部门提供监管依据,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。通过对某区域内50余种食用农产品进行采样;依据《食品安全国家标准法》GB 23200.113-2018,采用纸片法对食用农产品中毒死蜱含量采样,带回实验室进行检测,筛选出毒死蜱的测结果,通过GB 23200.113-2018对食用农产品中毒死蜱含量标准进行判定,用于评估其食用的安全性,食用农产品中毒死蜱含量合格率=合格样品项次数/检测样品数;食用农产品中毒死蜱含量安全评价检测问题项检测结果可以作为食品行业安全性评价依据,为监管部门靶向监管提供技术支撑。
The chlorpyrifos content in edible agricultural products has always been a major concern among consumers. This dataset is primarily used to monitor the chlorpyrifos content status of edible agricultural products in Yinzhou District. Based on the detected data, it can be judged whether the chlorpyrifos content in edible agricultural products complies with food safety production standards, so as to avoid food safety issues caused by excessive chlorpyrifos residues, provide regulatory basis for regulatory authorities, and further safeguard consumers' food safety. More than 50 types of edible agricultural products in a designated area were sampled; in accordance with National Food Safety Standard GB 23200.113-2018, the chlorpyrifos content in edible agricultural products was sampled via the paper strip method, then transported to the laboratory for testing, and the test results of chlorpyrifos were screened out. The chlorpyrifos content standards for edible agricultural products are determined according to GB 23200.113-2018 to evaluate their edible safety. The qualified rate of chlorpyrifos content in edible agricultural products is calculated as: number of qualified sample items / total number of tested samples. The problematic test results of chlorpyrifos content in edible agricultural products from safety evaluation can be used as a basis for safety assessment in the food industry, providing technical support for targeted regulation by regulatory authorities.
