Transition edge sensor(TES) is a very sensitve detector, it privide very high resolution in very wide energy range. The energy spectrum obtained by TES is of great reference value to researchers of X-ray fluorescence analysis. Therefore, based on TES, the X-ray energy spectra of copper and tungsten obtained under electron excitation and photon excitation are placed here for reference by researchers. CuIntinsicXRF.xls: A comparison of the intrinsic and XRF energy spectrum of copper obtained from electron and photon sources, respectively. Copper target is operated at voltages of 11kV, 12kV, 13kV, and 14kV for the electron source, and a 50kV configuration using a molybdenum target is used as a representative example for the photon source. Data undergo calibration and normalization, and compared with the spectrum obtained under similar conditions by SDD detector (light blue). Similarity observed in Kα and Kβ lines within the K-edge energy range across different excitation sources WIntinsicXRF.xls: A comparison between the electron-induced intrinsic and photon-induced XRF energy spectrums of tungsten. Fortheelectronsource, voltagesof15kV, 16kV, 18kV, and20kV are employed, while the photon source utilizes a 50kV molybdenum target setting. Data undergo calibration and normalization, and compared with the spectrum obtained under similar conditions by SDD detector (light blue). No significant variations observed in the Lα lines series, but distinct differences are observed within the Lβ line series within the L-edge energy range under different excitation sources.
