资源简介:
Drought impacts on soil microbial communities are shaped by both intrinsic microbial traits and extrinsic management practices, yet the mechanisms governing resistance and resilience remain poorly understood. Using a long-term rainout shelter experiment in the LTER at Kellogg Biological Station (KBS), we imposed drought across a gradient of agricultural management intensities (conventional, no-till, early successional), with additional manipulations of carbon inputs (sorghum residue) and biotic interactions (fungicide, nematicide). Fungal and bacterial communities were assessed for resistance during drought and resilience after recovery across two cropping seasons.
