Hyperspectral reflectance images for both the front and back faces for 24 polymer samples were acquired using Resonon Pika XC2 (400–1000 nm) and Pika NIR-640 (900–1700 nm) cameras. Samples were scanned in continuous mode on a motorized stage under halogen illumination. Raw data were calibrated to reflectance (normalized) using Spectronon Pro software by applying a dark reference (lens covered) and a Spectralon white calibration standard. The calibrated VIS and NIR data were then spatially aligned and spectrally fused to create unified data images.
