The dataset contains responses from an expert survey conducted with Ocado employees to investigate perceptions of collaborative robotics in logistics warehouses. The prefixes Q1–Q16 identify the items included in the questionnaire. Q1 measures interest in scientific and technological innovations on a 3-point scale, Q2 captures general opinions about robotics on a 5-point Likert scale, and Q3 records previous experience with robotic systems using a 3-option categorical response. Q4_1 to Q4_6 refer to perceived benefits, Q5_1 to Q5_5 refer to perceived risks, and Q6_1 to Q6_8 address acceptability and trust; all these items were rated on 5-point Likert scales. Q7, Q15, and Q16 collect demographic information on gender, age range, and job role. The dataset also contains system-generated variables from the Qualtrics platform (e.g., start and end times, IP address, response ID).
