商標註冊案移轉紀錄

依商標法第12條規定，商標專責機關應刊行公報，登載註冊商標及其相關事項。將曾取得商標權之案件，依移轉、分割等關聯案件紀錄，包含商標種類、註冊號、商標名稱、移轉序資訊、受讓人資訊、代理人資訊等項目。

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Trademark Law, the trademark authority is required to publish bulletins, which shall include registered trademarks and related matters. The records of cases that have acquired trademark rights, including associated cases such as transfers and divisions, should be documented, covering items such as trademark type, registration number, trademark name, transfer sequence information, transferee information, and agent information.
