By collecting data such as patent applicants, legal statuses, technical subject classifications, and the number of simple patent family members in the field of integrated positioning systems, this dataset primarily covers invention patents and utility model patents related to integrated positioning systems from the global patent database. After extracting patent data in the integrated positioning system direction by screening the keyword "integrated positioning system" from the retrieved results, the dataset evaluates and classifies the patent data using a self-developed algorithm. This dataset can be used to track changes in patent data related to integrated positioning systems and help understand the outcomes of intellectual property work in the integrated positioning system field; By comparing the patent data of integrated positioning systems from different enterprises or individuals, it enables insights into the technological innovation capabilities and differences in innovation levels among various entities; Additionally, understanding the technological development trends of integrated positioning systems helps enterprises avoid redundant R&D and prevents the technologies developed by them from infringing others' intellectual property rights. 1. Data Source: Patent data of invention patents and utility model patents related to integrated positioning systems from the global patent database. 2. Data Collection: The target layer of this dataset is patent technical relevance. The indicator layer divides the patent technical relevance indicator system into five value dimensions: market, technology, law, strategy, and economy. When retrieving patents related to integrated positioning systems, the indicator layer is further decomposed into criterion layers, which are specified as follows: Technical value: Number of IPC classifications, number of cited patents, authorization years; Economic value: Remaining valid years, number of pledge instances; Legal value: Number of claims, number of document pages; Strategic value: Number of inventors, number of simple patent family members; Market value: Number of technical subject classifications, patent types, whether it belongs to strategic emerging industries. 3. Data Analysis: This dataset is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), adopting a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The technical relevance is divided into three levels from high to low: A, B, and C, where A represents high relevance, B represents general relevance, and C represents relatively low relevance. The comprehensive scoring criteria are as follows: Class A is defined as strategic value ≥ 50 points, economic value ≥ 20 points, market value ≥ 50 points, legal value ≥ 60 points, and technical value ≥ 30 points; Class B is defined as strategic value ranging from 40 to 50 points (excluding 50), economic value ≥ 20 points, market value ≥ 30 points, legal value ≥ 70 points, and technical value ≥ 30 points; All remaining cases are classified as Class C. 4. Data Application: It provides R&D decision-making basis and priority reference for technology avoidance for technical personnel in this field.
