This study aims to use single-cell multi omics technology combined with 3D bioprinting model to explore the characteristics of glucose metabolic reprogramming of tumor associated fibroblasts (CAFs) in the tumor microenvironment of ovarian cancer (OC) and its relationship with tumor progression, and reveal the role of GLUT1 gene in the development of ovarian cancer and its potential mechanism.
