Pilot data ALWOP.404

These are the pilot data from two pilot studies and accompanying graphs for the ALW grant proposal ALWOP.404. The data (*.mat) can be opened in matlab, and is structured in a matalab struct.

Pilot of in vitro VO2 experiments of a small bundle of mouse muscle fibres during a positive work-loop, before and after inactivation of x-bridge cycling (using blebbistatin) The file contains a trial description, the bundle volume and the time histories of the VO2, muscle length, muscle stimulation, timestamps, force and a description of the units.

Pilot of in vivo VO2 experiments of mice walking up a treadmill. The file contains the mass of the mouse, the time histories of VO2, VCO2, belt speed, belt inclination, timestamps and a description of the units.
