本数据产品是在《中国生态系统定位观测与研究数据集》丛书《森林生态系统》卷《吉林长白山站（2001-2008）》分册的基础上进行数字化加工，通过完善元数据并与实体数据相关联所生产的数据产品。本数据集记录了2004-2005年长白山站阔叶红松林综合观测场获取的动物群落种类组成与土壤微生物群落生物量观测数据，主要包括鸟类种类与数量、大型动物种类与数量、大型土壤动物种类与数量和土壤微生物生物量碳季节动态。本数据产品同时包含长白山站及观测样地介绍等关联文档。

This data product was developed through digitized processing based on the fascicle *Jilin Changbai Mountain Station (2001–2008)* from the *Forest Ecosystem* volume of the *China Ecosystem Long-term Observation and Research Dataset Series*, with metadata refined and associated with physical entity data.

This dataset records observational data on the species composition of animal communities and soil microbial community biomass collected at the comprehensive observation plot of the broad-leaved Korean pine forest at Changbai Mountain Station during 2004–2005, primarily including the species and abundance of birds, large terrestrial animals, large soil fauna, as well as the seasonal dynamics of soil microbial biomass carbon.

This data product also contains associated documents such as introductions to Changbai Mountain Station and its observation plots.
