Subset of lines associated with mitochondrial DNA introgression into two common D. melanogaster strains OreR and DGRP375. Many of the sampled mtDNAs are from strains known as the Global Diversity lines and additional species D. simulans and D. yakuba mtDNAs. Sample names are given in mtDNA;nucDNA order and introgression strains were constructed in duplicate giving "A" or "B" replicates.Associated with the publication: Genetic and environmental interactions outweigh mitonuclear coevolution for complex traits in Drosophila (doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2025.11.24.689096).
