资源简介:
Microbial consortia obtained from decomposing woods and soil beneath lignocellulosic wastes. Microorganisms were acclimated to the azo dye Direct Black 22 (DB22) and preserved for use in experiments (inoculum). Three biological samples are included: 1 â inoculum from factorial experiments; 2 â microorganisms from condition E-02 (1 g/L glucose, 4 cycles/d aeration); and 3 â microorganisms from condition E-04 (2 g/L glucose, 0 cycles/d aeration).
