Escherichia coli isolates genome re-sequencing

To characterize gentamicin-induced mutations, we isolated mutants following three hours or longer gentamicin treatment. Genome re-sequencing was adopted to identify mutations of each isolate. As a reference, we also conducted genome re-sequencing on our wildtype strain. We updated the non-duplicated re-sequencing data of those isolates.
