Single cell transcriptomics of unstimulated and stimulated human tonsillar lymphoid cells

This dataset includes single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) of human tonsillar lymphoid cells, including T follicular helper (Tfh) and T follicular regulatory (Tfr) cells, under resting and anti-CD3/CD28-stimulated conditions, after 24 hours. The study specifically explores how IL-1b signaling influences Tfh and Tfr transcriptional profiles, particularly in relation to activation, differentiation trajectories and cytokine signaling.
