该数据包含了惠城区2021年至今年末常住人口数据。常住人口是指居住在本乡镇街道且户口在本乡镇街道或户口待定的人；居住在本乡镇街道且离开户口登记地所在的乡镇街道半年以上的人；户口在本乡镇街道且外出不满半年或在境外工作学习的人。

This dataset includes permanent resident population data of Huicheng District from 2021 to the end of the current year. Permanent resident population refers to individuals meeting any of the following three criteria: 1. Those who reside in their current township/street and either hold household registration (hukou) in the same township/street or have pending household registration status; 2. Those who reside in their current township/street and have been away from their household registration township/street for more than six months; 3. Those who hold household registration in their current township/street but have been away for less than six months, or are working or studying abroad.
