This dataset contains 40 cone bipolar cell morphologies in the .swc file format (skeleton and radius) based on the e2006 EM dataset (Helmstaedter et al., 2013). All morphologies have been manually proof-read. Individual file names consist of the cell ID from the original EM dataset and the cell type following (Behrens et al., 2016).
