Different crops have distinct adaptive requirements for soil temperature. Understanding the soil temperature difference between 20 cm and 30 cm depths can help farmers adjust soil temperature through measures such as irrigation and mulching based on the root distribution characteristics of crops, thereby creating a more suitable growth environment for crops. Proper soil temperature is conducive to crop root growth and nutrient uptake and utilization, thus improving crop yield and quality. Research on soil temperature difference can provide a basis for formulating scientific field management measures and promote the sustainable development of agricultural production. 1. Data Collection: In accordance with meteorological standards, professional meteorological monitoring stations are set up to collect soil temperature data at depths of 20 cm and 30 cm, with hourly sampling intervals and uninterrupted annual collection for 365 days. 2. Data Processing: Denoise, optimize and complete the collected data. 3. Data Derivation: Calculate the soil temperature difference between 30 cm and 20 cm depths for each sampling point by subtracting the soil temperature data at 20 cm depth from that at 30 cm depth.
