RNA-Seq of 15-day-old blotched snakehead (Channa maculata) larvae

This project presents the transcriptome sequencing (RNA-Seq) of 15-day-old blotched snakehead (Channa maculata) larvae obtained from an aquaculture farm in Liwan District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. The aim of this study is to characterize gene expression profiles during early developmental stages of C. maculata and to provide genomic resources for studies of growth, metabolism, and environmental adaptation in this species.
