“一表通”针对“部门需求数据，镇街须填报表”的实际，创建数字台账，让部门和镇街只需面对“一表通”就能做到数据轻松维护、智能上报、随时取用，全面消除传统报表，逐步消减临时报表，努力实现“台账之内无报表、数据治理现代化”

The "Yibiaotong" system targets the practical scenario where government departments require data and towns/sub-districts are obligated to submit report forms. It establishes digital ledgers, allowing departments and towns/sub-districts to easily maintain data, intelligently submit reports, and access data at any time solely through the Yibiaotong platform. It will comprehensively eliminate traditional report forms, gradually phase out temporary report forms, and strive to achieve the objectives of "no report forms within ledgers" and modernized data governance.
