资源简介:
Considering the fact that energy issues related to architectural heritage have aroused great attention, especially for industrial heritage with significant historical value and notable thermal performance deficiencies. We hold that developing reasonable retrofitting strategies that meet multiple objectives, such as value conservation, energy efficiency and economic benefits is crucial to achieving environmental and social sustainability. Thus, we took a typical industrial heritage located in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China as example, and proposed comprehensive energy- efficient retrofitting strategies for the envelope on the basis of value assessment. Then, by applying dynamic energy simulations and life cycle cost analysis, the energy savings and economic benefits of different strategies were analyzed. Obtained results indicate that internal insulation solution reduces the transmission loads of the wall and roof. The optimal insulation thicknesses (EPS) are found to be 75 mm and 77 mm for wall and roof, respectively, with energy savings of 67.5% and 74.2%. For skylights, the solution of installing single-layer glass to the interior is proven to be the most economical, with a total cost reduction of 27.38%. Moreover, potential influencing factors including economic parameters and lifetime of building are examined. The uploaded data includes the transmission loads and various costs calculated for different envelope renovation schemes, as well as the impact of various influencing factors (inflation rate, discount rate, and lifetime of building) on the total cost.
