This dataset contains the raw data and annotated R code supporting the analyses presented in the manuscript entitled <i>“Life-history divergence underlies elevation-specific warming responses in a plateau viviparous lizard”</i>.The data were collected from a semi-natural warming experiment conducted on the Qinghai toad-headed lizard (<i>Phrynocephalus vlangalii</i>) at two elevations (2600 m and 3600 m) on the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau during the active seasons of 2023 and 2024.The dataset includes measurements of maternal life-history traits (e.g. reproductive phenology and reproductive output), offspring performance (e.g. growth rate, body condition, and survival), and physiological indicators (e.g. telomere length), under warming and control treatments.In addition to the raw data, fully annotated R scripts used for data processing and statistical analyses are provided to facilitate reproducibility.
