The proposed method yields high-purity HMW DNA from complex plant and soil samples. Nucleic acid preparation extracted with SDS/Proteinase K from Zingeria trichopoda and Artemisia vulgaris leaves, which served as an input for HMW DNA purification using the proposed method.
