High Throughput Sequencing of Psalidodon Species

We sequenced eighteen individuals from the lambari fish genus Psalidodon. For Psalidodon fasciatus, two different populations were analyzed: three individuals with a regular genome and three with a B chromosome from each population, totaling twelve individuals. Additionally, for Psalidodon bockmanni, we analyzed three individuals with a regular genome and three with a B chromosome.
