Dataset for Measurement Report: The effects of SECA regulations on the atmospheric SO2 concentrations in the Baltic Sea, based on long-term observations at the Finnish Utö Island

High temporal resolution (1-minute) air quality concentration data from the Utö island in the Baltic Sea 2006-2020. The data is in yearly files "Uto_AQ_year.csv". In addition, 1-hour resolution air quality data from 2003-2005 is in "Uto_AQ_2003-2005_1h.csv" file and supporting meteorological observations are in "Uto_AWS_2003-2020.csv" file.
