Characterization of neutrophil activation from blood to blister in experimental epidermolysis bullosa acquisita: C-type lectin receptors are dispensable in inducing disease. Overall design: Mice aged 6-8 weeks were used for the experiments (n=3 / cohort). Mice were treated with thrice weekly injections of 250ug of antigen affinity purified vWFA2-COL7 IgG or control rabbit IgG for 2 weeks. Tissue harvesting was subsequently performed after this 2 week period. Single cell suspensions of whole blood (WB) cells or ear skin cells were pooled per cohort.
