THE ROLE OF THE "RSHNOHI" ("ROSHNAYI") NEWSPAPER IN THE ENLIGHTENMENT MOVEMENT OF BUKHARIAN JEWS

This article examines the enlightenment movement that emerged among the Bukharian Jews in the Turkestan region at the beginning of the 20th century and its development stages. Based on historical sources, the study provides a systematic analysis of the journalistic role, educational ideas, and historical significance of the first newspaper published in the Judeo-Tajik language-"Rshnohi"-which played a crucial role in the socio-cultural awakening, educational reforms, and national self-awareness processes of this community.
