Repetitive acoustic mapping of oyster reef restoration sites off Pass Christian in Mississippi Sound using multibeam sonar and phase-bathymetric sidescan sonar aboard R/V LeMoyne from 2017-10-18 to 2019-10-23

This dataset contains bathymetric maps and backscatter mosaics from four repetitive hydrographic surveys of six different areas. The data were collected from approximately three to five nautical miles West-South West of Pass Christian Harbor, Mississippi to determine the ability to detect seafloor changes using the repetitive survey with both sonar mounted on poles on the port and starboard sides of the R/V LeMoyne. Close to 200% data overlapping was maintained. The boat was run on the same set of lines during repetitive mapping. When: This second set of data was collected between 2017-10-18 and 2019-10-23.
