Human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC)-derived endothelial cells were transplanted into mouse liver and isolated at several time-points to assess their developmental profile over time. They were compared to in vitro hiPSC-endothelial cells, and primary human liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (either freshly isolated or expanded in culture). Overall design: In vitro hiPSC-endothelial cells (iECs), compared with iECs isolated 1, 2, 4, and 12 weeks post-transplantation into mouse, human primary liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (either freshly isolated or expanded in culture)
