该项目针对木材现有表面化学调色不均匀、化学调色试剂不环保、着色效果不理想以及耐候性不佳的技术瓶颈,通过单宁酸导入满细胞处理,提高单宁在木材表面的分布均匀性,再与铁离子反应,提高了变色均匀性;通过联合多巴胺处理与耐候性涂料覆面优化化学调色技术,解决了紫外光以及高温高湿条件下易变色等问题,提高了调色木材的耐久性,变色过程不添加有毒有害的化学原料,实现了安全环保的木材表面均匀的表面化学调色,可用于橡木、杨木、桉木、柚木等单板以及实木板材的变色处理,对推动我国木材加工产业的结构优化与转型升级具有重大作用

This project targets the technical bottlenecks in current wood surface chemical coloration, including uneven results, non-environmentally friendly reagents, unsatisfactory coloring effects and poor weather resistance. By performing full-cell treatment with tannic acid to improve the uniform distribution of tannin on wood surfaces, followed by reaction with iron ions, the uniformity of wood color change is enhanced. Furthermore, optimizing the chemical coloration technology via combined dopamine treatment and weather-resistant coating finishing addresses issues such as easy discoloration under ultraviolet (UV) light, high temperature and high humidity conditions, and improves the durability of color-modified wood. No toxic or harmful chemical raw materials are added during the color change process, achieving safe and environmentally friendly uniform surface chemical coloration for wood. This method can be applied to color change treatment of veneers such as oak, poplar, eucalyptus, teak and solid wood boards, and plays a significant role in promoting structural optimization, upgrading and transformation of China's wood processing industry.
