Movement and differential consumption of siRNA duplexes underlies mobile RNAi (Full-length, unprocessed blots)

This database entry contains the collection of full membranes of northern and western blots used to mount the figures in the manuscript "Movement and differential consumption of siRNA duplexes underlies mobile RNAi" from Devers et al., Nature Plants (2020) in a PDF format for each main and support figure. Each page contains a copy of the *.TIFF (converted from *.gel) or *.jpeg file generated from a GE Typhoon FLA 9000 scanner or Bio-Rad ChemiDoc Touch imaging system in the contrast/exposure time used to mount the figure. Each PDF indicates the figure from the manuscript (lower left corner) and gives information about the probes or antibodies used for signal development (next to respective membrane). If only specific samples from a blot were shown in the manuscript a rectangle indicates the area on the blot used for figure mounting. Original deep sequencing data can be found at GEO as indicated in the Data availability statement of the manuscript.
