Comparison of the alpha diversity of the fungal communities associated to olive drupes in the four investigated localities (Monopoli, Mileto, Filadelfia, and Maierato) according to Shannon and observed species (sobs) indexes.

P values of the pair-wise comparisons were determined using student-t-test and 999 Monte Carlo permutations. Both Shannon and Sobs Mean values are reported in bold for each investigated locality.
