This repository contains the source data and kinetic modeling code associated with the manuscript entitled *Coupled environmental constraints on depth-specific Se volatilization in geogenic high-selenium vadose zone*. The deposited files include all numerical data used to generate the main-text and supplementary figures. The repository comprises: (i) depth-resolved selenium speciation data derived from sequential extraction, including total selenium, water-soluble, adsorbed, organic-bound, elemental, Fe-bound, and residual fractions; (ii) summarized indicators of dissolved organic matter mineralization, including C-mineralization fraction, N-mineralization fraction, and the concentrations of formate, acetate, and malate; (iii) FT-ICR-MS-derived molecular datasets of dissolved organic matter, including assigned molecular formulas and summarized molecular indices/classes; and (iv) metagenomic abundance data for selenium transformation-related microbial genera and functional genes. Also included are the Python scripts used for depth-explicit kinetic modeling of selenium volatilization, together with associated input files and parameter settings. These materials support reproduction of model fitting, cross-validation, depth-profile reconstruction, statistical analyses, and all figures for which numerical source data are available.
