Supporting data for "aquatic food webs in anthropogenic landscapes"

Dataset deposited here were collected during my PhD study at HKU and has been presented in thesis titled ‘AQUATIC FOOD WEBS IN ANTHROPOGENIC LANDSCAPES’. I curated food-web statistics and geogroaphical information on 27 published stream food webs, examined gut contents of five predators in four Hong Kong streams, and generated isotopic and fatty acid data for food web construction in three marshlands in Hong Kong and three shrimp ponds in Mai Po Nature Reserve.

本数据集系作者在香港大学攻读博士学位期间收集整理，并已在题为《人类活动景观中的水生食物网》的论文中予以展示。数据集包含了27个已发表溪流食物网的统计数据和地理信息，对香港四条溪流中五种捕食者的肠道内容进行了分析，并为香港三个湿地和马坡自然保护区的三个虾塘的食物网构建生成了同位素和脂肪酸数据。详情请参阅README文件，方法论细节请参考作者论文。
