CRP and PepA ChIPseq in V. cholerae. CRP and PepA ChIPseq in V. cholerae

We found two DNA binding proteins, CRP and PepA, associate at the membrane. This study was performed to determine if their interaction affects DNA binding. Overall design: To determine the binding sites of CRP and PepA in V. cholerae C6706 we performed ChIPseq. To determine if CRP affected PepA binding, or vice versa, we also performed ChIPseq on PepA in a CRP mutant and on CRP in a PepA mutant.
