RNA sequencing analysis was used to identify changes in mouse kidney cancer cells (RENCA) following resistance to anti-PD-L1 (PDR). Primary and metastatic mouse kidney cancer cells (RENCA) resistant to anti-PD-L1 were derived in vivo after continuous treatment with 250μg/mouse/every 3 day from primary orthotopic lesions. Resistant cells were maintained in vitro with 0.5μg/ml anti-PD-L1 for more than 2 month.
