DOTAD 2.0: A source-traceable research archive of therapeutic antibody developability data and analysis derivatives

DOTAD 2.0 is a source-traceable research archive for therapeutic antibody developability data and analysis. This archive contains the fixed DOTAD v2.0.0 release together with manuscript-associated analysis derivatives used for resource characterization, developability landscape analyses, cross-source comparisons and benchmark construction. The fixed release preserves antibody metadata, sequences, replicate-level experimental records, source-reported summaries, literature-curated evidence, dictionaries, provenance records and validation products while retaining native source granularity. The associated analysis derivatives preserve manuscript-preparation analytical matrices, frozen figure-associated tables, benchmark package components and metadata required to interpret the reported analyses. This archive supports transparent reuse, reproducibility and further method development. The DOTAD web platform remains the primary environment for browsing and exploratory use.
