Between October and December of 2022, a combination of traditional and internet-based approaches were used to collect the data. Shanghai Changfeng Ocean World, Shanghai Ocean Aquarium, and Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park were the sites of the offline study implementation. Both visitors planning trips to and those who had previously visited maritime theme parks were the study's focus. The questionnaire consists of three dimensions, which are the evaluation of the five elements of service technology innovation, the perceived value of the tour, and the willingness to revisit. A total of 407 questionnaires were returned. Ultimately, 344 legitimate questionnaires were received. We
