Dataset: GPX4 abundance and post-thaw motility in alpaca semen

This repository contains the raw dataset and supplementary materials supporting the study on GPX4 band abundance and sperm cryotolerance in ejaculated alpaca (Vicugna pacos) semen. Files include: (i) the raw data table with semen quality parameters (fresh and post-thaw) and densitometric GPX4 band measurements (34 and 17 kDa); (ii) derived tables used in the manuscript (descriptive statistics and model output tables); and (iii) supplementary material files (figures/tables and additional supporting documents). Variable names and units are provided within the spreadsheets, and the dataset corresponds to the analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
