**Overview:**
With up to 60% of all US card-based transactions both online and offline, Commerce Signals merchant-level consumer spend audiences offers both accuracy and scale. Our Audiences and Scoring solutions see an accuracy of 90% when compared against actual transaction data as models are refreshed every month to continually calibrate against market trends. Our standard taxonomy of ~700 segments can be targeted separately, or custom audiences can be created to fit a specific need. Also, these segments can be broken out into centiles for 1st party data scoring, or to take further control of custom targeting.
All transaction data is at the merchant-level without any competitive usage restrictions for the client; item or SKU-level insights are not currently offered. Commerce Signals does not have or use any personal information, and all Commerce Signals transaction data solutions either need to be modeled for individual IDs or aggregated into cohorts of at least 250 individuals with at least 30 transactions in said cohort (Measurement solutions).

This transaction-based audience is built from actual purchase behavior on Visa and Mastercard, credit and debit, and includes both online and in-store purchases. Audiences are updated every month to represent last month customers with 90% accuracy. Custom Applebees segments are also available.
