PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build buildings efficiently combining wood based materials and metal based materials. SOLUTION: A construction method for building buildings by combining wood based material 1 and metal based material 2 which comprises a first step in which an opening portion 11a a through hole 11 formed so that the wood based material 1 and the metal based material 2 face a bonding surface 1a of the wood based material 1 are opposed to a bonding surface 2a of the metal based material 2， a second step of inserting a rod-shaped member 4 longer than the thickness T 1 of the wood based material 1 into the through hole 11 and welding it to the metal based material 2， and a third step of making the rod-shaped member 4 welded to the metal based material 2 shorter than the thickness T1 of the wood based material 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
