Promoting healthy aging through exergames among older adults dataset

This data set corresponds to the paper entitled "Promoting healthy aging through exergames among older adults: single-player vs. multi-player modes". Participants were divided into three groups (single group, same-sex partner group, and couple group) according to their intimate relationships. The dataset includes participants' demographic information (age, gender, education, exergame experience, and digital proficiency), mean heart rate during the exergame, game scores, sociability before and after playing the exergames, flow experience, and game experience.
