In total, 2,328 genes were curated. Only high and medium-confidence gene models were included into the annotation v2.1. Low-confidence models are included in the dataset in this reposritory. Each sequence has fields composed of class, confidence, description and primary. Class indicates two-category annotations assigned for each gene based on multi-domain architecture and homology, confidence corresponds to the final model confidence, primary denotes the primary transcript (ends with .1) for each gene, and description contains notes recorded during manual curation.
