Whole genome sequencing reads Theodoxus fluviatilis

Theodoxus fluviatilis is a neritid snail. Genomic information on neritid snails is very scarce. Not only will these whole genome sequencing reads facilitate comparative evolutionary studies across Gastropoda, as these contribute to genomic information for the basal snail family Neritidae, they will also greatly facilitate the study of salinity tolerance in this species.The samples consist of 6 different populations found in northern Germany.
