In this study, we selected high-level resistant Tetranychus urticae strains from field populations against cyflumetofen which acts as a mitochondrial electron transport system complex II (succinate dehydrogenase; SDH) inhibitor. We conducted RNA-seq analysis of T. urticae to identify differentially expressed detoxification genes and amino acid mutations in SDH genes between cyflumetofen resistant and susceptible strains.
