Eight samples recovered during monitoring at site CA-SBA-59 in Santa Barbara, California,
were floated to recover macrofloral remains. Recent radiocarbon dates reflect Middle Holocene
prehistoric site occupation. Macrofloral analysis will be used to provide information concerning
plant resources utilized by the site occupants.
