Data, code, and reproducibility materials for counterfactual climate perturbation and spatial reorganization of the climatic niche of Agave salmiana under CMIP6
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains data, code, model outputs, audit materials, and reproducibility products supporting the manuscript “Counterfactual climate perturbation diagnoses climate-input contributions to spatial reorganization in a process-based niche model: Agave salmiana under CMIP6”. The study interrogates CLIMEX as a process-based niche model for Agave salmiana across 92,163 CM10 Locations using five CMIP6 GCMs and three Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSPs).Version 1.3.0 contains the frozen historical-RH counterfactual core; expanded targeted SSP5–8.5 biological-parameter propagation; the complementary 40-output TTHS/THHS/MTHW/PHW heat/hot-wet propagation; the final canonical 2×2×2 temperature × precipitation × relative-humidity (T×P×RH) robustness extension; and the definitive precipitation-construction sensitivity comparing tau = 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 mm month^-1. The final-results module includes the authoritative T×P×RH CLIMEX batches, canonical eight-state integration, 30 frozen THR05/THR20 CLIMEX outputs with SHA-256 provenance, and the complete seven-term three-tau factorial products. The manipulated climate states are controlled counterfactual inputs for model diagnosis and are not intended to represent physically independent or climatologically complete future climates. Deterministic factorial shares quantify model-internal attribution under the prescribed historical-to-future contrasts; they are not inferential ANOVA variance components, standardized per-unit climate sensitivities, intrinsic physiological importance measures, or empirical ecological causal fractions. Parameter-propagation results are conditional on the tested SSP5–8.5 climate states and parameter-specific ranges and do not constitute a probabilistic parameter-uncertainty distribution. The repository also includes the editable PowerPoint source for manuscript Figure 1 and the current median/IQR derivation used in manuscript Table 6.Primary NASA NEX-GDDP-CMIP6 NetCDF files, CLIMEX software, CliMond climate databases, and licensed CLIMEX-ready source climate files are not redistributed.
