According to Landis the kappa coefficient (k) was rated as follows: Poor (k<0.00), Slight (k = 0.00–0.20), Fair (k = 0.21–0.40), Moderate (k = 0.41–0.60). Substantial (k = 0.61–0.80), Almost Perfect (k = 0.81–1.00). Disagreements were weighted by 1– {(i–j)/(k–1)}2 where i and j index the rows and columns of the ratings by the two raters and k is the maximum number of possible ratings.
