Exome sequence / Whole genome sequence of novel cell cultures established from gingivobuccal oral cancer

We report here the genomic sequences of successful establishment of two cancer cells lines its paired CAFs and respective blood cells from patients with gingivobuccal oral cancer. Both the cancer cells were spontaneously immortalized and were capable of growing as both adherent mono-layer cultures as well as suspended three-dimensional cultures. We have confirmed the authenticity of these cell cultures through STR profiling and respective karyotype. The genome makeup of the established cultures were evaluated at the levels of Exome and whole genome sequence using Illumina next-generation sequencing platforms.
