HISTORICAL ROOTS OF THE IDEA OF THE ANCESTORS' HERITAGE AND THE THIRD RENAISSANCE: ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE ISAKHAN OTA SHRINE

This article analyzes the preservation of the heritage of ancestors, the study of sacred places and their role in national and spiritual development on the example of the Isakhan ota shrine. The study was based on local oral traditions, memories preserved by descendants of persons associated with the service of the shrine, as well as information from the work "Searchers for Spiritual Gems". The article interprets the shrine associated with Isokhan Ota and Musakhon Ota as one of the spiritual and historical reference points of the national memory, spiritual heritage, historical identity, and the idea of the Third Renaissance. Also, the cave associated with the shrine, possible archaeological layers, oral history, information about manuscripts, and the moral and educational content of the legend of the “headless saint” are scientifically analyzed. The article argues that the study and preservation of such local historical and cultural sites is one of the practical expressions of the idea of the Third Renaissance.
