Gene Expressions responsible for good response to Nivolumab treatment

Analysis of gene expression in CD62Lhigh CD4+ T cells and CD62Llow CD4+ T cells from good responder (GR), intermediate responder (IR), and non-responder (NR). PBMC were obtained from two of each responder group; good responders, intermediate responders, and non-responders. CD4+ T cells were purified by negative selection using human CD4+ T cell isolation kits. CD4+ T cells were further separated into CD62Lhigh cells and CD62Llow cells by anti-CD62L mAb-coated microbeads and MACSTM system. We have invetigated the differences of gene expresion between CD62L high and low CD4+ Tcell from three kinds of patients groups.
